Water floor trap, urinal pipe and Sewerage pipe 

All this pipe must individually pipe to make sure the flow well done. So the output didn't mix and effect when do the water treatment.

Sewerage pipe installation

This process must be done by specialist pipe installer because this pipe need accurate level and position to make sure the flow are smooth. Here we used Sunway SK Keramo pipe and bedding class A because all the pipe are under road.

Drainage


Here we used 600mm width concrete drain (300mm half round glaze ware drain). Before install the U-drain, the brick wall and concreting the drain base must do first. So after all the work done the U-drain will be install and then concreting the sump and top of the drain.

Column

For this process rebar for column will be erected first then the form work. Form work must be erect accurately to make sure that the column are straight. The column concreted in two phase, only 12 column be concrete in one time because form tie to lock the form work not enough for all column.

Ground Slab


For ground slab, the consultant used non suspended slab because the soil are hard enough to transfer load. Ground slab materials use micro synthetic fiber for concrete not BRC as usual. The micro synthetic fiber strength merely the same using BRC.
