The proposed project area:

         This project is expected to be completed on December 8, 2012 (Saturday). This a fast track project. Projects covering a variety of earthworks, roads, guard houses, and other engineering work. The time allocated for the completion of this project is for 8 months. This project built on industrial land in Shah Alam. Buildings constructed as a temporary buildings because Shah Alam is rapidly developing areas. Operating system construction work here is very complex. All work performed must be in line and the offense must be avoided. Cooperation between the contractor, engineer, subcontractor, consultant and supplier must be in line to ensure smooth project. This project uses JKR standard for the whole project.

         This project is internal between Syarikat Rahman Brothers Motor Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Rahman Brothers Perumahan Sdn Bhd. This project is to build a car showroom for Suzuki brand and imported cars. This is the first showroom building for Syarikat Rahman Brothers Motor Sdn Bhd. 1-storey building that had many facility such as a vehicle showroom, office operations, sales centers and workshops. Others facilities that had in the building are prayer, children room, toilets and etc. This showroom provides a comfortable space for clients to see the vehicles sold. The exhibition area are ​​customer-friendly because children have room to play while their parents choosing the vehicle. The opening of the showroom will have a big impact not only Syarikat Rahman Brothers Motor Sdn Bhd but Rahman Brothers Group. The opportunity for Rahman Brothers Group to expand a business empire in the field of motoring.
